Rabbits can become chilled and get a respiratory infection pretty easily.  There are a few different methods of cleaning your rabbit, but most rabbits clean themselves very well and do not require any assistance.

 You can spot clean with a baby wipe, make sure they are the sensitive kind.  Or you can make a paste with corn starch and water.  I will look up the amounts of each to use for the paste.  Once you have the paste you can apply it to the stain and gently comb it out.  Sometimes if the stain is stubborn you will need to reapply the paste a few times.

Your other option is to use baby shampoo and wash the area that is dirty.  Use warm water, and rinse well.  Afterwards you will need to blow dry the rabbit.  Make sure to not dry in one are very long so you don't burn your rabbit.
